The technology of pre-engineered wood frame construction.
The production of pre-engineered wood frame truss units is from high-quality dried factory and specially processed wood conifers. Only the highest-quality wood is used with thickness of 150mm or better. On the outside of the home there is an edge-oriented particle moisture proof plate (OSB-3) which also servers as a shear panel for stability during earthquakes. By customer choice the outside of the house decoration can be done with natural or artificial stone, grafiato, block-house or a combination of the above material which offer many choices. On the inside of the wall there is a special layer of film to prevent the infiltration of moisture and the special vapor film seals the heat in the winter and keeps it cool in the summer. The inner wall is finished with plaster panels (gypsum). It’s a great feeling to live with!
